Candidates must have three to five years of hands-on experience installing, supporting, and maintaining all aspects of a hybrid (on-prem and in-cloud) Windows enterprise environment. An associate degree in computer information systems or a related field is preferred, but not required. Candidates with an MCSA or similar certification(s) are preferred, while knowledge of civil engineering or other CADD/GIS environments is a plus. Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work independently while maintaining a professional and patient demeanor when interacting with peers and users. Typical responsibilities include:

• Ability to work within a cloud IaaS environment; Azure experience preferred
• Exhibit excellent knowledge of IaaS cost comparisons and spend mitigation
• Support O365 backend infrastructure operations
• Provide support with server virtualization; Hyper-V experience preferred
• Provide support with PowerShell scripting
• Ability to work with networking technologies, components, and concepts
• Ability to devise and deploy secure solutions
• Ability to provide infrastructure specific Tier 2 support to Help Desk staff
• Ability to manage and manipulate multiple and often shifting priorities
• Occasional travel between Wade Trim locations to provide training and support services
• Maintain excellent client relations
• Maintain a safe working environment
