Candidates must have a high school diploma, excellent customer service skills, ability to multi task, capable of working in a high stress environment, and possess basic data processing skills. Excellent organizational and follow up skills are also required. Knowledge of CADD is a plus but not a requirement. Individuals must be self-motivated and able to work well with others. Typical responsibilities include:

• Maintain customer relations by phone and emails
• Generate basic 2-dimensional drawings
• Record all actions in a database software
• Follow up with customers and co-workers
• Coordinate between customer, coworkers, and clients
• Identify and fix errors
• Conduct Field Visits
• Attend meetings as needed
• Maintain excellent client relations
• Maintain a safe working environment
