Customer Portal Content Manager

Position Description:


We are looking for a Customer Portal Content Manager to join our Marketing Team to improve infrastructure in our Taylor office. The candidate must have a high school diploma, two to five years of related support experience in a Microsoft SharePoint environment and the ability to travel. The candidate must also be self-motivated, work well with others, and have excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills. A flexible hybrid-remote work schedule is available after 90 days of employment. Typical responsibilities include:


  • Be familiar and work with branding and graphical design principles

  • Prepare and present presentations
  • Use Big-picture thinking and independent problem-solving skills
  • Communicate with multiple audiences including business leadership, technical leadership, and technical engineers
  • Attend seminars and/or training classes
  • Maintain a safe working environment


Education:


  • High School Diploma


Skills/Experience:


  • Two to five years of related support experience in a Microsoft SharePoint environment
  • Current knowledge of personal computer hardware and software configurations
  • Ability to travel
  • Initiative to work with Project Managers on curating content proactively
  • Interest in continued learning around SharePoint Online and related platforms
  • Understanding of engineering concepts and language is a plus
  • Responsiveness
  • Detail oriented to maintain high quality implementations
  • Positive and motivational in working with all team members
  • Strong and adaptable time management skills
